Description:
The GSH series is a manual handheld ultrasonic welding equipment-designed for flexible deployment in the plastic welding field.
It can be equipped with different versions for specific applications with extremely low weight and ergonomically designed handles, including compressed air cooling in the converter, suitable for applications requiring standard or customized machines with maximum physical flexibility, it can be used in combination with digital generator technology, the commonly used frequency is 20 and 35kHz with 1000W, 2000W power output.
The generator has a very intuitive 7-inch colored touch screen, the ultrasound generator GSH has the built-in time, energy mode, which could freely program the beginning and end of ultrasonic welding. Its intelligence technology could produce higher quality and repeatable welding effect, the use of system provides excellent performance, precision and reliability, easy to use and reduces the fatigue by reducing the operations.
The equipment can be configured as an independent, single-station, or integrated into automated systems. Hand welders are perfect for handling and repairing single materials and small series of materials, it is ideal application for spot welding, edging, riveting or small spaces cutting etc.

One year Warranty for machines and 3 months warranty for tooling if it is not damaged by the wrong operation.
During the warranty period, our factory will be responsible for repairing it for free or send the new parts to the customer to replace the broken parts for free. After the warranty time, our factory will repair it or send the new parts with the charge at the cost price.
