Description:
iBW 30 series are all-in-one wire harness welders, widely used in the automotive industry and other wire-related industries. The excellent mechanical structure design enables accommodation with ultrasonic generators of different powers like 3KW and 4KW. The digital ultrasonic generator is used in this system. All the welding parameters can be input digitally via the communication between the ultrasonic generator and the controller. All the welding results can be monitored on-line and off-line and the welding quality can be monitored at any time. The network data storage function provides customers with intelligent quality management. The menu control can quickly and completely set all operating parameters and functions. The Operation Menu provides a user-friendly interface with powerful functions, so that customers can quickly operate the welder. The Maintenance Menu provides the more powerful technical functions for the maintenance staff.

Usually, we have some stock for trial or small orders, so just deliver them within 10 days, while for big orders, 30-60 days is needed.
3. What’s the warranty of your ultrasonic products?
One year Warranty for machines and 3 months warranty for tooling if it is not damaged by the wrong operation.
During the warranty period, our factory will be responsible for repairing it for free or send the new parts to the customer to replace the broken parts for free. After the warranty time, our factory will repair it or send the new parts with the charge at the cost price.
