Description：
iBA series ultrasonic welders are integrated with a digital ultrasonic generator and controllers, plus a welding bench to serve as a complete ultrasonic welding equipment. They are featured with multiple welding modes and future-oriented iQS operating system. Each welder is equipped with Dongho-certified Proportion Valve technology and electronic high performance ultrasonic generator. The rigid welding bench, accurate guiderails and mature driving components guarantee the high welding quality and repeatability. This series can meet the demand for data traceability and safety through Ethernet connectivity, password protection with multi-level authorization. The data connectivity supports Industry 4.0 applications. MES connection to Dongho welders supports 4 brands of scanning guns for collection of barcodes in welding moulds and work pieces.

1. What’s your MOQ?
One Unit.
2. How about your delivery time?
Usually, we have some stock for trial or small orders, so just deliver them within 10 days, while for big orders, 30-60 days is needed.
3. What’s the warranty of your ultrasonic products?
One year Warranty for machines and 3 months warranty for tooling if it is not damaged by the wrong operation.
During the warranty period, our factory will be responsible for repairing it for free or send the new parts to the customer to replace the broken parts for free. After the warranty time, our factory will repair it or send the new parts with the charge at the cost price.
